The Call
When you call Diamonds of Acclaim you will be greeted by an experienced diamond specialist. The specialist will ask questions to help determine what type of stone and mounting you are interested in. We will work with you to identify the best size, shape, cut, color and quality of the stone that can fit within your budget. At the end of the call we’ll set a convenient time for you to come into our offices to view a hand picked selection of stones based on the criteria we developed during the phone interview.
The Consultation
At the consultation we will not only show you the best available stones that fit within your budget, but also discuss the various characteristics of every stone you examine. We will also discuss the type of mounting to best display the stone you have chosen. At Diamonds of Acclaim it is not only important to us that all our customers leave with a great stone but it is also important that our customers understand what makes their stone superior. In each consultation a specialist will take the time to talk about the cut, color, clarity, and carat of each stone in depth. |
